What are the system requirements for courses?
Learning.ly courses are built around multimedia modules supported by the most current web and mobile browsers. Learning.ly requires an internet connection (WiFi recommended).
How do I recover my password?
Returning learners can recover their password here.
How long does it take to complete a course?
All courses are self-paced. Go as fast or slow as you'd like! Most courses can be completed in one sitting and will take 45-90 minutes, on average.
How can I become an expert?

Can I recommend an expert?
We're always looking for new experts to add to the Learning.ly community. If you know of a subject matter expert who would make a great fit for the platform, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are given up 14 days after purchase. Please forward your email receipt with your refund request to email@example.com.
Returns Policy for physical products
We strive to provide the highest quality merchandise, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, you my return it for a refund. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and their original packaging.
Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receipt of the item and we will issue you with a return authorization number, which is valid for 10 business days. Upon receipt of your approved return, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of your item(s) to the credit card used for your purchase. Please note shipping charges cannot be refunded; all shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. We encourage you to send all returns via insured mail for protection against loss or damage.
Can I take the course off-line?
Currently all courses require an internet connection. WiFi is recommended.
